By accessing and using HANA (Host's AI Co-manager), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Communications. You authorize HANA to send guest communications on your behalf and to store limited metadata (recipient, subject), delivery status, and a short preview of the message for up to 90 days to provide audit, troubleshooting, and compliance features. You can export or delete these records at any time from Settings.
Email Content Logging (optional). If enabled by you, HANA stores the full text of guest emails for up to 90 days to support CRM history and compliance features. This setting is off by default and can be changed anytime. You remain responsible for the lawfulness of content shared with guests.

Account Creation
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use HANA only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Upload malicious code or harmful content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
AI Co-Manager
Our AI Co-Manager processes your voice commands, images, and documents to provide property management assistance. By using these features, you consent to this processing.
Data Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying all AI-generated information before making business decisions.
Third-Party AI Services
We use OpenAI's services for AI functionality. Your data may be processed by these third parties in accordance with their privacy policies.
Subscription Plans
HANA offers various subscription plans with different features and limits. Pricing is displayed in Euros (€) and charged monthly or annually.
Free Trial
New users receive a 14-day free trial with access to Growth plan features. No payment information is required to start your trial.
Billing and Cancellation
Subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Our Rights
HANA and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain ownership of your property data, guest information, and other content you upload. By using our service, you grant us a license to process this data to provide our services.
HANA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
